good morning, I have two websites based on your theme. They are not stores and never will be. In this case, can I uninstall the WooCommerce plugin? (the host provider shows security errors in security tests and it would be easiest for us to get rid of it so that errors do not appear).

To deactivate woocommerce our theme for a blog etc. Navigate to > Dashboard > Plugins > Disable or delete WooCommerce plugin.

And it will work as a regular blog or corporate website. Also you can activate or deactivate the Gutenburg plugins as per your requirements.
