Fab3ParticipantHello,
after the latest Woodmart update, I’ve noticed a significant drop in my website’s performance.
Pages are now loading much slower than before, especially images: they don’t load immediately when the user visits the page, which is causing a bad user experience and likely affecting conversions. Before the update, everything was noticeably faster and more fluid. I haven’t changed any major settings besides updating the theme, so it seems to be related to the new release.
I’ve also encountered a design issue on mobile:
the bottom bar is no longer attached to the bottom of the screen — there’s always a visible gap/margin below it.Would it be possible for your team to take a look at the website and give me some advice or a solution to fix these issues?
That would be really great.Thank you very much for your support.
Best regards,Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We checked your site on real mobile iPhone devices and can confirm that this issue is present on Safari version 26.0. The problem occurs when the keyboard trigger raises the viewport of fixed elements by the height of the keyboard itself. While investigating this behavior, we tested several possible solutions, but unfortunately, we concluded that it’s impossible to influence this behavior using only custom CSS or JS code, as the problem is directly caused by the Safari version 26.0 browser rendering update.
To ensure that this issue wasn’t caused by our theme specifically, we checked the standard WooCommerce theme, Storefront (https://themes.woocommerce.com/storefront/), and observed the analogous behavior in Safari 26.0. We recorded a separate video showing how it functions in the same way on that standard theme (https://monosnap.ai/file/8qXOYOxBnfdZEc4qUXdw8bg9LpGW0V).
Analyzing the web for possible causes and solutions, we came across a large number of similar complaints regarding the behavior of fixed elements after the Safari update:
Safari iOS 26 viewport bug (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/256138682)
iOS 26 Safari & WebView: VisualViewport.offsetTop not reset after keyboard dismissal, causing fixed elements misplacement (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/800154)
iOS 26 Safari – Web layouts are breaking due to fixed/sticky position elements getting shifted vertically (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/79753701/ios-26-safari-web-layouts-are-breaking-due-to-fixed-sticky-position-elements-g)
iOS 26 Safari visualViewport change after dismissing keyboard (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/79758083/ios-26-safari-visualviewport-change-after-dismissing-keyboard)
We also found a report on the WebKit (Safari browser engine) bug tracker regarding a similar issue related to fixed elements (https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=297779). User feedback indicates that this problem is expected to be fixed in the Safari 26.1 browser update. Unfortunately, since the correction for this issue must happen at the browser level, we cannot fix it ourselves.Kind Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterSince it is a general bug in the latest iOS version, it will not work correctly on other webkit browsers as well. Luckily, the fix is announced to be introduced in the next iOS version.
Kind Regards

regarding the speed issue can you help me out?
thanksOctober 10, 2025 at 4:09 pm #690151
Artem TemosKeymasterIn general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket. You can find our guide about how to optimize your website built with our themes here https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/
Kind Regards
