Website with XTemos template (woodmart) very slow

Hello, I use the theme woodmart on my website. My website is opening very slowly. I’ve removed all unnecessary plug-ins. I installed cache plugins. But I couldn’t find the solution.
I have tried your tips on https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/ but no differences.
My GTmetrix is pretty good, same for the page speed but to access to a page, in front or on the back office, it takes something like 8 seconds.
What can I do ? In these condition my website is usable…

Hello,
