This is Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence that. Please check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
If you see the same on the Storefront it means your Woocommerc works incorrectly. First of all deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, check your Woocommerce settings, make sure all the templates are created. Create and check your testing order, chekc the whole cycly from the adding product to the cart to the Thank you page and tranck.
