Weird display of the “section divider”

Dear,

Can you please check the page in private?

1) The section divider isn’t showing identically when I visit WPBakery Frontend Editor and when I simply visit the page as a visitor. Why?

2) The section divider isn’t dividing properly, we still see content of the background image above/below the dividers. Why?
