szymon-0481ParticipantHello,
I have a weird bug that has happened to me after copying one of the previous shops and creating a new one out of the copy (it has always worked flawlessly – up until this one – it’s like 8th shop)
The problem is: the menu’s photos don’t load – even though all of the product categories have photos attached to them. (Products -> Categories)
I have tried everything already and nothing works.
The other thing that I’ve discovered is that I’m unable to change the menu’s appearance at all – changing it to a “navigation” for example doesn’t work as well. Basically, nothing works, except for changing the menu to a different one (with the same issue).
On all the other shops (that are a perfect copy of this one, with the same settings) photos load just fine every time and I can change the looks of it for example from “grid” to “navigation” (Woodmart -> custom HTML block -> “main menu kategorie”)
I’m sending you the login credentials.
Could you please look into it?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Navigate to Products > Categories, and check that each category has the appropriate image uploaded.
Re-save the menu structure under Appearance > Menus to ensure the changes are applied correctly.
Clear your website cache and browser cache to confirm the issue.
When copying shops, ensure all dependencies (media files, category images, and settings) are transferred properly. Use plugins like Duplicator or All-in-One WP Migration for a complete migration.
Best Regards

szymon-0481ParticipantHello,
Yes – all categories have had fresh photos uploaded for each one.
I’ve tried to save menu structure a few times already.
Not only images don’t show up, but also the menu doesn’t react on anything. Even deleting the “menu kategorie” HTML block doesn’t change the looks of the menu on the frontend. (in the place shown in the photo)
Basically, nothing works except for a complete change of “main menu”, which didn’t help as well – nothing works on the new menu as well.
Cache and CDN cache cleared a few times. It’s been 3 days with this issue.
I’m using WP vivid migration pro and it has always worked flawlessly – with no issues.
This is not the first time of doing a copy and I’m doing everything accordingly. No way I’ve made any mistake as it’s all repeatable for like 8th time.
Please have a look into it yourself… Maybe I’m missing something?Attachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Your login details are not working. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the valid WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards
