What are these files in the upload directory

Hello, my site just got hacked and inserted with malware.
So i am going to rebuilding my site.
I notice that in the wp-content/upload folder there are these files
Are they valid files ?
Can i delete them safely ?

If you are talking about CSS files from your screenshot so they are related to our header styles and to Theme Settings styles. You can remove them and then resave the header and Theme Settings to regenerate them.
