As the description says, this option sets the header for all pages. Please let me know on which page the header doesn’t change and provide the access to the admin dashboard so I will investigate it on your side.

Where are these headers set? What is the role of each? The WordPress menu bar does not have these menus.

These headers come from Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Header builder. Here is our article about that:

Also, you can set the header for the specific page via its settings. So in case, if on the specific page another header, navigate to Dashboard -> Pages -> check the “Header” area at the bottom of the page.
