Whatsapp link not working on mobile phones (android / Chrome)

Hi, we have the whatsapp sharing tab activated as you can see in http://www.wissen.mx/matangazo and when we want to share it on whatsapp it works fine on desktops, even if I check it on my iPhone it works, but the problem is when using Android / Chrome it doesnt work it just displays me a message “Can not open the link”

I’ve notice that it is using this link https://wa.me/?text=https://matangazo.mx/ but I don’t now if using https://wa.me is causing this problems, also please check this link

If you can see the whatsapp logo (located just above the google map), please see the attached image it is using this link https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=5218116966732&text=DENTAL%20MEDICA%20SUR which is using https://api.whatsapp.com and also is not working on android / Chrome

Can you please help us on this?

Hi,

Could you please try to open the link from the last example in official documentation? https://faq.whatsapp.com/en/general/26000030 The same link used on your website too.
It seems to be a problem with the WatsApp API and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope.

Thank you for your response, but it is not a link that I can change, Im talking about the sidebar share buttons or if I can change them, can you please tell me the path in the woodmart folder so I can change it?
