whatsapp link

I added whatsapp link in follow icons. the link is working fine for mobiles, but for destop, when the whatsapp window open, this is with this kind of characters :

I presume it is related somhow to website, but I cannot find where as default language is french, my broswer as well etc.

Could you please help to solve that ?
