When having many attributes how to click only one and the matching image appears

I have one issue/question about product attributs. On single product page the product image carousel only changes to the right color if you select both color “AND” size attributes. If you chose only one attribute (for example click on one color swatch and the size is unselected) the matching image doesnt change. One possible solution is to set a defaut value for the size for example, but this might be confuzing for the end customer, cause they can easely add the product to the cart and miss picking the right size.

I saw that some plugins like “WooCommerce Variation Swatches Pro” may offer a solution for that, but since you have a theme integrated color swatch plugin, maybe there’s also a possibility you may offer to click only one attribute like color, then the corresponding Image would appear but other attributes would remain unselected. Because in this case the custumer will recieve an error if he/she forgets to adjust the other attributes and trys to add the product to cart.

This is the way the variable product works in Woocommerce and our theme does not influence.

When you create a variation, you take both attributes that is why it is necessary to choose both attributes.

You can create variation basing on color only, and add size attributes but do not use it for variation.

As for the plugin, please contact the plugin support and find out if they refund you in case of incompatibility, you see, in most cases such plugins were conflicting with our theme.
