I am having the same issue with the best seller slider. I changed the color and the green from the template still comes up first and then it changes to the color i changed it to.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

I found out why the color green was still showing but I have tried for the categories menu and it still goes blank when I add a different menu to the categories drop down bar on the header.

Thank you, i deleted all the extra plugins and still the same problem and only with the categories menu. I think it might be an html block issue with one menu category but i still don’t see the problem.

I still have the same problem. It happens with the categories menu i have not with the one I had when you logged in. The categories menu is causing the issue. I will leave it just how I am telling you so you can see when you log in.

If you can see the current menu selected in categories is BOTTOM menu

Your question is not clear. What do you mean? Just remove the Category elements from the Header Builder.

Each page in its editing mode has the option “Open categories menu – Always shows categories navigation on this page;” When you enable it, the category menu will be always static for this page, when you disable, the category menu opens on hover.
