First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

I saw the screenshot you attached. To change the promo popup you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Promo Popup >> Promo Popup text and you can edit the HTML Block used there from Dashboard >> HTML Blocks.
