We mean that you need to check how it works with a standard WordPress theme like twentyseventeen to see if it is our theme issue or not.
When customer place order and item go out of stock email proper shot but when i create order on admin end and any item go out of stock i am not receiving email
This functionality is related to WooCommerce plugin and if it works in the same way then it is not a theme issue. Probably, you have some plugins conflict or it is a bug with the WooCommerce plugin.
