Where can users enter shipping address?

We have received orders, but there’s only billing address.
I tried to place order myself, and I couldn’t see anywhere to input shipping address.

Please advice where/how can users enter shipping address?

I visited your site check out page, you already have the shipping address fields for different address, when someone filled those fields while placing order you will automatically get the shipping address details.
