Where could i change the type of tittle in widget

Hello, I am having SEO issues with having the Heading level skipped, there is a Widget that came with the template but is fine, I need it, but need it with the heading level of H1, but it came in H5, where do I can change that, please. thanks in advance.

Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that as these are the default WP widgets. Also, according to the Envato Policy, SEO or Site Speed related issues support isn’t included in the Item Support Policy because it requires Customization in the Theme files and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
