Where do I remove or change the Recent post section and the Our Stores Section?

I want to know how I can remove or change the Recent Post and the Our Stores Section in the footer
(In the other topic, I said that I figured it out but with that, I meant the other Topic I sent in the topic. Sorry for the confusion.)

The Temp Admin link is linked below. And is it possible to add a map in the footer? If so, could you, instead of fixing the sections in the footer, just do a map in the middle? Also how can you remove these payment options (Marked in red on the picture)

1. Footer.

In order to add map to the middle of footer, you can use WoodMart HTML Block widget like Footer Column 1 https://prnt.sc/05J3o981p6es and use Google Map widget to display the map https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/elements-and-widgets/
