Where I will be able to redict footer of theme

I have question – can you help me – where I will be able to redict footer of theme. I used navigate to Appearance -> Menus -> widget and I selected footer 1 Column Dark ID: 702 – But I can not understand how redict it

The “footer 1 Column Dark” can be edited via Dashboard -> HTML Blocks.
