Where to find files to translation ?

I saw the screenshots you attached. It seems that you are not selecting the correct path that’s why the string isn’t there. You need to choose WooCommerce from the plugins and then you can translate the string.

I saw the screenshot you attached. You asked about the billing that occurs on the checkout page validation as I guided you how to translate it. It seems that you are still not using the right path to translate the string.

Please provide with the screenshot of the specific area you want to translate and also the site WP Admin Login details in a private content area of this topic to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I saw the screenshot you attached. You cannot translate the text that is coming from a text field using loco translate because it doesn’t always have the same values. You can simply change its text from WooCommerce >> Settings >> Shipping >> Edit Zone.
