Sorry to hear about the inconvenience.
But the Theme’s 7.0.2 version is already available and many of the Customers have updated the Theme too. We haven’t received such a complaint yet in this regard from other Customers. It’s strange that you aren’t able to access it. Can you please share the relevant Screenshots in this regard so that we can look further and assist you accordingly?
Also, you can go to Dashboard >> Updates >> there you can find the applicable Updates on your Site too related to Themes, Plugins, and WP versions.
