White below the footer

How can i get ride of the white space below the footer.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.woodmart-prefooter {
    padding-bottom: 0px;
}

I have added the code but the white space is still there

Please replace the previous Custom CSS with the following:

.woodmart-prefooter {
    margin-bottom: 0px;
}

Then check back.

If the problem continues then Please provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
