White line appears in top of the page

Dear,

I’ve built few sites based on your theme (all are up to date and links in private), however they all appear to have the same problem.

AS IS : At the top of the page, we can see a white line above the header.

TO BE : There should be no white line above the header because it doesn’t exist anywhere in the header nor in any customisation.

Please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

This line is the part of the top browser panel it does not relate to our theme and it is not possible to change with the theme or WordPress. If your Windows has been configured for the white color scheme, the panel would be white with a dark border: https://prnt.sc/1lo6tho

When you chose the dark color scheme for Windows, the panel would be dark and the border would be white https://prnt.sc/1lo71pu
