This question is related to SEO and social sharing optimizations usually, We suggest to use Yoast SEO plugin for example it gives full control on this metadata.

As I mentioned in my previous reply these are related to SEO and you can use Yoast that gives control over it.

This is not part of the theme. You can also check it with the default WordPress theme.
