First of all, I don’t accept that you close my tickets UNLESS I specifically ask you to do so. You shall please never close any of my tickets if I don’t ask you explicitely.

Second, I don’t agree with the answer provided in that ticket.
– It is FALSE that the default swatch is Black. If you open the product page https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/accessories/smart-watches-wood-edition/, you’ll see that NO there is no default swatch pre-selected for this product.
– Even if there was a default swatch, it doesn’t explain why we would not be allowed to select the swatch BEIGE on the shop page as described in the other ticket.
