Widget admin page errors ans shop filters

Hi,

This theme is great, but i’ve got two problems with the shop filters.

1. The widget admin page has a lot of 500 errors. Screenshot attached.

2. On the search page (Link1) the labels show incorrect numbers and some of the years are missing because there is wine from 2019 and 2020 as well. Same bugs here (Link2) but it shows many more year somehow.

Can you help me?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please install the free Classic widget plugin if you have not done that yet.

Then try to regenerate “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table” in Woocommerce > Status > Tools: https://take.ms/LGpvf

In addition, please check Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab > Advanced tab and disable Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering.

The Classic widget works like a charm.

Unfortunately, after I Regenerated the product attributes lookup table and disabled Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering the problem still exists. Please check the attached file.

Could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

I deactivated all the third party Plugins on the Site. The Relevanssi plugin do something which is cause this issue. I tried many different setting in Relevanssi, but nothing happend.

As far as we are seeing the Shop page of your Site, the Filter seems to be appearing and working fine: https://snipboard.io/5ZDipt.jpg

Right now for the year attributes on your Site, 2022-2023-2024 have Products not tagged so that’s why they are not showing. Other than these the 2019-2021 and NV all are appearing fine.

thanks for the quick response. Yeah, the shop page is working fine, but i’ve got pproblem with a the search result page (check the attached file). The admin shows different amount than the front end (https://borfanatik.hu/?s=spanyol&post_type=product&product_cat=0). The filter labeling does not reflect the search results properly either.

The word that you are searching is the following one on your Site “spanyol” > for this Search result under the mentioned Attribute “Száraz” > the backend Attribute search result shows 13 results which is why on searching this item on your Site it is showing the 13 results: https://snipboard.io/cSYOo1.jpg

So, it seems to be working fine we suppose.

Whereas, if we view the Shop page of your Site (where we haven’t searched any word) then the same Filter shows its exact value of 173: https://snipboard.io/6gem5d.jpg

Same goes for the other mentioned Attribute too which is 0,75 l: https://snipboard.io/8Z74E2.jpg

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

Hello,

I mean the difference between the filtered numbers showed on the side and the the main page. If you search for “spanyol” you have 5 pages of results. All wines are 0.75 but it shows 13. I have highlighted the issue in the attachment called Screenshot. 0.75 is filled on each wine’s attribute. (Screenshot2). The same applies to all side filters, all categories sum up as 13. Could you please help me to understand the reason?

A Theme update has been released yesterday having version 7.1.0, here the changelog to view: https://xtemos.com/woodmart-changelog.php

So, could you please take a complete Backup of your current Site first and then try updating the Theme to the latest version and then check back the mentioned concern again?
