MrBasicParticipantHi,
Thanks for the great theme!!
We have a shop with a couple of Custom Fields. ECO, Color etc.
When we do a search (in the header) and hit enter, we get the results.
Next to the results are the Widgets ECO and Color (with count numbers).Lets say color has: 6
When we click in the widget on the Color (with 6 items) there are just2 or 3 products as result.Same happens with ECO. When eco says 10 product, and we click on ECO the results are just 6 or 7 products.
How is this possible?
March 12, 2020 at 12:54 pm #179556Hello,
First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family
:)Please provide with some relevant screenshots, admin panel login details and the URL of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

MrBasicParticipantFirst i will show you the screenshot. The site is importing now, so I can’t give the login to the admin area. The temporary URL is https://www.office1.eu but is blocked for all ip’s.
Price filter is also incorrectIf we go to the product-category (without search) /category/books/ All the filter widgets working correct.
March 12, 2020 at 1:29 pm #179571Hello,
I am not able to check your site. At my test site there is no issue in the latest WoodMart theme version 4.5.2. Please make sure that you are using the latest WoodMart theme with updated plugins.
Also, please go to Products >> Select all products and edit them and just click the save changes button to refresh the products, in this way the products data will be updated in the database.
OR
Go to Woocommerce >> Status >> Tools tab >> and clear the WooCommerce transients and Expired transients.
I hope your issue will be solved. Otherwise, I need WP admin login details of your site on the live server or domain then I will be able to debug your issue and give you the best possible solution.
Best Regards.

MrBasicParticipantHi Aizaz,
I will try that!
So Relevanssi and Woodmart should work together? also with Widget counts?
March 13, 2020 at 6:18 am #179684Hello,
Regarding the Relevanssi search plugin, We have only one option that enables this plugin for our AJAX search from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Use Relevanssi with Ajax Search.
And it doesn’t work for the product count in widgets.
Best Regards.

MrBasicParticipantCan you please tell me where we can change te URL when we click on a widget filter option?
March 16, 2020 at 8:31 am #180149Hello,
Unfortunately, There is no option in Theme Settings to change the widget filter URL.
Sorry, you cannot change the Widget filter URL. Because It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.Best Regards.
March 16, 2020 at 9:30 am #180153
MrBasicParticipantSo nobody can use another Search plugin, because the widget filters are not compatible.
Strange 😐
March 16, 2020 at 2:25 pm #180231Hello,
The widgets are based on WooCommerce widgets. So if the Relevanssi plugin is not working with standard WooCommerce filters then it is not our theme issue. We cannot help you with this because this is out of our scope.
You can try contacting WooCommerce Plugin support for further help.
Best Regards.
