Widget “Image or SVG” – Translation bug confirmed by WPML Support Team

Dear,

Please check this support forum, WPML confirmed a bug on Woodmart widget “Image or SVG” where the SVG image doesn’t translate properly with WPML Media Translation.

You can find in private the access to the staging where I have :
– disabled all third-party plugins
– deleted all customizations
– enabled the parent theme of Woodmart

Still, the issue remains as per the below steps :

1) Install WPML + WPBakery Page Builder + Woodmart Theme
2) Create a Woodmart HTML Block for the footer
3) Add a Woodmart “Image or SVG” widget
4) Upload a SVG Image
5) Translate the SVG Image with WPML Media Translation
6) Translate the HTML Block with WPML Advanced Editor

WPML still displays the original language SVG Image into the translated pages, which is obviously incorrect. Instead, WPML is supposed to display the translated SVG Image into the translate page.

Hello,

You can fix it by applying patch # 388483. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it doesn’t work for you.
