after updating theme the page widget on backend stay white noting happens

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

hello after disabling all extension still the same problem

Hello dear it’s a local physical server in our office 32 g ram 16 physical cores. You have access you can check configuration

i moved the website to production server and it works again.
but we have another issue with filter on shop.
we have to use price filter first to make the other filter work you can check on prod website

Price filters, as well as attributes filters, are Woocommerce functionality and WoodMart does not influence or have any options to change the functionality.

Please install the free Classic widget plugin if you have not done that yet.

Then try to regenerate “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table” in Woocommerce > Status > Tools: https://take.ms/LGpvf

In addition, please check Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab > Advanced tab and disable Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering.
