I dont know what I have done but the main widget area is shown on my webshop instead of shop page widget area.
Where can I change this?

Most likely you have set this sidebar in the shop page settings.

Edit the shop page and set the shop page widget area in the Sidebar: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/
