Wishlist and Compare list as guest not working

Hello there, as a guest the wishlist and the compare list are not working correctly. When I put a product on the wishlist or compare list, it shows up that an item is added to the list, but when I go to the wishlist or compare list, it is empty. Only as an logged in user it is possible to correctly use those lists.

Is it possible to also make it working for guests?

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Hello there, we disabled all plugins except the ones you mentioned, but the problem still remains.

WoodMart works with either the WP Bakery builder or the Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. In the process of installing the plugin, please leave one builder. It is not possible to convert an existing site that is built on the WP Bakery Page Builder into Elementor.

Hello, I don’t understand why this should be causing the problem with the wishlist and compare list. We have never have installed the WP Bakery Page Builder, only the Elementor.

We give you the permission for that. But we will propably restore the backup afterwards, so it would be nice if you can write us what the cause of the problem was and how we can fix it.

Thanks for the informations! We now excluded these pages and files from caching, but it still doesn’t work.

Could this problem be caused by some other settings?
