Wishlist + cart

Hello,

When I add a product to the wishlist, It doesn’t show up in the count on its icon in the header.
Also, How can I do, so in the cart icon in the header, It only shows the number of the products selected not the total amount? Please find attached a screenshot for more details.

Wishlist does not have a count of products added.
