Wishlist page connects to 404 page…

My wishlist page doesn’t work properly. Whenever I add a product to wishlist, the number on heart increases. However, when I click on the heart or the wishlist page link, I get 404 page. How can I fix this so I can have my wishlist work properly again?

Also, is it ok to update the wordpress to its latest version? Compatible with the theme?

Our theme is fully compatible with latest WordPress version. As for wishlist, did you set up all the necessary configuration for this plugin in the Dashboard -> YITH Plugins -> Wishlist? Is it happening with standard theme also or just with our Basel theme? Please provide your site url and admin access so we could take a closer look.
