Ok. I didn’t know that v3.1 is available.
I’ve updated to the latest version the theme and WooCommerce, and now I’m getting this error in System Status > basel/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php version 2.2.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0,
I’ve updated also the child theme and the parent theme.

Your theme (Basel Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

If you still see this message then you still have old files of our theme. In the new version we have removed this file.

So I have to delete that file? The update was made by extracting the archive over the old theme files.

Also please check why the images are not visible in the gallery when clicking on the product image. There is a black screen.

We suggest you to delete old theme and install a new to be sure that all files are updated correctly.

And about the second issue?

Please, update the theme firstly.

Done that. Deleted all theme files, extracting the new .zip version of the theme. Same problem with the lightbox of the product images.

Try to upload some different image and check again.

Lazy Load plugin was causing the problem.

Another issue if you could help us – every few days the translate of the plugin Woocommerce is resetting and we can’t find why. We don’t have duplicated files for translation, we translate manually with Loco Translate some string, and after a few days, they are resetting to original.

You just need to place your translations file to the folder wp-content/languages and not inside the WooCommerce plugin folder.

In this case, we don’t know why they are erased every few days. Probably some plugin problem.

Since I updated to Woocommerce 3.0 the site has been failing. When you switch variations via Choose Color, Choose Size it does not change the product. The swatch images on shop/category pages no longer appear on the product. Customers are not able to change province/state. How can I downgrade? or.. fix this..

I re rolled my woocommerce back to 2.6 cause 3.0 ruined the site

There are no any issues with our theme 3.1 version and WooCommerce 3.0. It is fully compatible with the latest version. Most likely you have a lot of problems with additional plugins installed for WooCommerce.
