    Hello,

    I have problems with the confirmations email: when the people send a New Order we don’t receive the confirmation and the users doesn’t receive the emails.

    We use the “email customizer” plugin, but until yesterday all website works,

    Hello,

    Could you please check is this problem related to our theme? Switch to default WordPress theme and compare how it works.

    We checked with both Basel and default WordPress theme and there is no difference. It doesn’t work not because of our theme.
