It seems that the first problem is related to our theme. Try to disable Grid swatch attribute to display in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Attribute swatches.

i turned that off and get the “Grid swatch attribute to display”

We don’t know why it may slow down your website. Maybe you have a lot of variations for products and this function work slow with this data. Could you please provide us your admin access so we can check?

Yes, the error is fixed and it should load faster. Currently, we don’t see any theme related issues with performance on your website.
