Woocommerce Lottery and Auction not displaying product correctly

The plugin support says:

“I’m not sure how that would resolve fact that frontend custom product type submission works with Dokan theme and not with WoodMart.”

Please describe step by step how it works on Dokan theme with the screens and how it works on Woodmart in comparison.

First Login to the site:
Step 1. Go to Vendor Dashboard
Step 2. Click Lottery
Step 3. Click Add New Lottery Product
Step 4. Fill in information for New Lottery Product and click Add Lottery Product
Step 5. View Lottery Product

Outcome with Dokan = The product appears on the “Raffles” page assigned to show Lottery products and includes all of the functionality of the Lottery product (Participate Now, Number of tickets sold, timer countdown for lottery)
Outcome with Woodmart = The product appears on the “Shop” page with functionality of a Simple Product (Add to Cart)

Where do I find the plugin archive file? Which plugin do you want, the Lottery for Woocommerce or Dokan Pro?

We need to be able to edit files from the folder wp-includes/ but your FTP access allow us to edit wp-content/ only http://prntscr.com/ttpi9w
