WooCommerce Page Error

After I went to update Woocommerce through Woodmart I now receive the following message when logging into my website, “Please install WooCommerce”. I cannot access my wordpress admin and cannot access the site. What should I do?

As soon as you install WoodMart, you need to install and activate the plugin provided in Appearance > Install plugins.

Please press “install” and let the plugins have been installed. If you get the errors, it may mean, your site does not mean WordPress requirements, or you could install something incorrectly. Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
