Woocommerce Points and Rewards Plugin

Hi guys,

I want to use Woocommerce Points and Rewards Plugin on our shop with woodmart theme. As others have stated before in this forum, the theme is missing a “redeem points” in shopping cart. Nothing shows in woodmart theme – but works fine with storefront theme. So something in theme removes the button.

How did you solve it for other users?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, send us a screenshot how it looks on the Storefront theme. We will test this on your website both with Storefront and with our WoodMart to understand what is wrong.

OK – I have installed storefront on a test site. I have sent login detais in private content. Please do test on that site only. Woodmart is also installed there.

Reedeem points shows fine on storefront but dosent seem to make discount.

Update – Reedeem points shows fine on storefront and makes correct discount!

Only on Woodmart there is problem.

When logged in on site (i sent login for test site https://www.ecup.dk) you can redeem points in basket. See picture 1.

On real site (https://www.greenen.dk) when using Woodmart theme, “reedeem point” are not displayed. See picture 2.

I need “redeem points” to be shown on https://www.greenen.dk when using Woodmart theme.

You need to update the theme to the latest version and disable sticky notifications option in Theme Settings.

No – That does not work. I am not using sticky notifications.

On real site http://www.grenen.dk theme is latest versions. I have updated all plugins as well at disabling all plugin, not related with theme, the function does not show on cart page. It is something in your theme, making the function disapere.

This reddem button does not apear in basket.

Could you please do this for the website ecup where we tested it with Storefront? Because on that website it works both with WoodMart and Storefront. The only problem is with sticky notifications.

Ok – theme is updated on ecup.dk + sticky notifications are disabled. And yes now it works.

But can you se why it is not working on real site: Greenen.dk?
