After theme updated to 2.0, the footer widgets are gone.
I had the same issue from last update, which I could just go to ‘Widget’> ‘Inactive Widgets’, and drag them back to their footer areas.
However this time, the widget contents are right in where they should be, while they are not showing on frontend.
* I’m not using a child theme, should I be using one now?
