I try to change the text “Author bio” inside the woodmart-author-information widget but it doesn’t work and tells me that there is an error.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I can see that you have added the Classic widget, but it hasn’t fixed the problem. Plus, it creates an other problem inside another plugin (acymailing).
