Woodmart cart number

My shop has products that customers buy in large quantities 100+,
I see woodmart mini cart item count, counts the quantity by default.
is it possible to make it count unique products in cart instead of quantity?

here is example

mini cart counts 3

in cart:
1. Product A x qty 100
2. Product B x qty 200
3. Product C x qty 50

Unortunately, WoodMart does not have its own options the theme just supports the basic Woocommerce quantity function.
