Woodmart Core Problem

Good day,

My website is not working for a few weeks. Once I checked the problem with the hosting service firm, they have advised that problem is caused of WoodMart Core plugin, and told me to remove it. But if I remove it , theme doesnt work properly. Could you pls help to solve the problema and let the theme work?

I received the failure as per below once I try to open site.

Request Timeout
This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.

The reason may be the plugin conflict. So if you have any other plugins excepting theme-related, they may conflict with WoodMart Core or with the theme.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area so that we could check.
