Woodmart custom font

Hi i have custom fonts, and i converted to all file formats and the font show only on windowsOS and on macOS it show a basic font.
Could you tell me how to fix it ?

could you send me a link to a working ttf to svg converter ?
Because when i converted the ttf to svg the canvas was blank.
