Woodmart Dashboard not working / base import required

I Got a working site but I’m getting some problems.
In Base import is it saying Required but I already downloaded this.
When I click anything on Theme Settings come back to the General Page, I can’t change anything.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area. Please specify which demo you want to upload.
