Woodmart Did Not Update

    Dear Developer, i am getting the following error while running automatic theme update:

    An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    If it does not help, make the full backup of your site and we shall do it for your via FTP.

    I have taken a full backup. You can see the problem of auto update and update the theme for me.

    Your site has the limitation on the files uploaded, perhaps this is the reason for the failed updates.

    Now your theme and essential plugins have been updated.

    Hello,
    I have the same problem with automatic update. Other plugins and themes update successfully. Please check my installation of Woodmart. FTP and Admin panel credentials are provided.

    As soon as the new version has been released, try to update via Dashboard and provide the screen of the error.
