Woodmart – Elementor Pro/Gallery issue.

Hi there,
I’m using Woodmart theme on a client’s website. I can’t add the Elementor Pro’s Gallery block. I can see it on the backend but when I publish it, it is not showing.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

Switch to the parent theme and check, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

thanks for your reply.
I’ve disabled all the plugins except for the listed + Elementor Pro (because that feature is coming from Elementor pro), however I still have the same problem.
