Woodmart features not available to us for our paid theme

We noticed that the Popup Builder feature was not available in the imported theme. Could you please guide us on how to activate or enable this feature?

Is this feature included as a plugin, or do we need to install it separately? Some other features also may not be available tio us. Request check and inform us…

From there, you can create and configure pop-ups easily.

Please find attached a screenshot of our WordPress dashboard for reference. We’ve noticed that the popups and floating bar are missing from the admin panel.

While downloading the paid theme: Woodmart we have not got this. OR either we seem to have deleted this at our end…we are not sure.

Kindly check and help us to resolve this issue at the earliest. We have given the link of our website in the private content. And refer the attached screenshot too.
