How to add a disclaimer html block at the bottom of every page.

Hello,

You can create an HTML Block containing your disclaimer and assign it as the Prefooter.

Please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Dashboard > HTML Blocks > Add New and create your disclaimer content.
2. Then navigate to Theme Settings > Footer > Prefooter.
3. Enable the Prefooter and select the HTML Block you created.

The Prefooter will then be displayed at the bottom of your pages across the website. If you want to hide the prefooter on a specific page, you can edit the page and in the bottom of the page settings, disable the prefooter option.

Would a custom product archive layout work?
How can we create a custom product archive layout that looks like what we currently have?

We are planning to have different prefooter.

Yes, you can create a custom Product Archive layout, but the Prefooter cannot be assigned directly to the archive layout.

The Prefooter is managed from:
Theme Settings > Footer > Prefooter

If you need to display a different Prefooter for different product pages/archives, you can use the Theme Presets feature to create different settings and assign them to the required pages.

Order Complete page is showing prefooter, how can we disable this?

Your issue has been resolved. To disable the prefooter on specific pages, you can disable it from page settings. To disable the Prefooter there, please go to Pages > Checkout > Edit and disable the Prefooter option from the page settings and check how it works.

html block can be on top of sidebar and product archive so that it uses [fit content] instead of getting chopped by side bar?

Now, regarding your request, yes, this is possible. If you want the HTML Block to span the full width above both the sidebar and product archive, you can create a custom Products Archive layout using the Layouts Builder.

Place the archive description widget in a full-width row/container above the Sidebar and Archive Products elements. This way, the description HTML Block will use the full available width instead of being restricted by the sidebar column.

For the first issue, the layout condition was not set, which is why the layout was not being applied. I have now set the condition to All Product Archives, and the layout is applying correctly on your site. Please check again.

For the second issue, I have checked your site and the Sort By dropdown is already hidden and is no longer showing. Please check it again from your side.

I’ve turned off the product archive layout you’ve created because we can’t get the sidebar to show.

The goal is to have html block on top
side bar and product archive under.

if you see the screenshot – sidebar is now taking real estate space of the html block

I have created a new Product Archive layout with the sidebar filters and the description positioned at the top, so the description uses the full available width and is not restricted by the sidebar.

Please check the new layout on your site and let me know if it now works as expected.

Hello,

When a Custom Product Archive Layout is enabled, the archive page uses the settings defined in that custom layout. Therefore, changes made under Theme Settings may not take effect on the archive pages.

To change the sidebar size, please navigate to:
Layouts > Edit Product Archive Layout

Then adjust the sidebar width from the layout settings and update the layout.
