woodmart header builder

woodmart header builder does not work, it keeps spinning like in the picture. This is how it happened after I updated my WordPress site to 5.5.3 example : https://prnt.sc/val5ab

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-)

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check.

If the problem continues then leave all the third plugins deactivated and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

As you said, I disabled all plugins and tried but it doesn’t work. where to find debug permissions. I dont know exactly. Should I give the username and password of the site?
