WoodMart header builder blank

I have installed base content and associated plugins but the header builder is just an empty grey box.

I visited your website. It seems that the Wp-Bakery Page Builder is not activated on your website. Please activate the Wp-Bakery page builder, clear the cache and check back. This will surely fix the issue.
I tried to login to the website but was unable to log in with the link provided.
If the problem continues then please provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
